The Science:

 

Developed in the early 1960’s by Dr. William Marston, the PPA theory has been registered and tested by the British Psychological Society and the European Federation of Psychologists Association. It allows us to determine people’s behaviour towards both favourable and challenging environments according to 4 domains; Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.
